Many of these changes come from readers and our valued users/customers like you so don’t hesitate to contact us and provide your feedback and requests to team@proposable.com. We’ve been hard at work during the month of March incorporating features that will help you increase sales and close more deals.

Total Value:

Now you can quickly and easily view the total value of the proposal from the Proposals Dashboard. Whether your proposal is In Progress, Accepted or Declined Status, you’ll be able to identify your opportunity by deal size. Additionally, we have added the Delivered and Accepted date to the accepted proposals dashboard. This will give you and your team a birds-eye view of the value of each individual proposal but most importantly, see how long it took to close the deal.

API:

web20

We have been building Proposable 2.0 for nearly a year now and we are starting to see and hear more requests for an API. An application-programming interface (API) is a set of programming instructions and standards for accessing a Web-based software application or Web tool such as Proposable. Most recently we have added end-points that will help your organization to automate your sales process. Whether you’re a small business that wishes to tie in various web-based applications or an Enterprise company that would like to create a complete workflow from marketing to sales to billing, an API is something that will help you accomplish complete automation. Our latest addition is our Software-as-a-Service Proposal Template (SaaS) which focuses on small to medium-sized software companies. Since we are a SaaS company as well, we understand the necessity of quickly creating a proposal based on cloud technologies and delivering your message in a clear and concise manner. One really cool feature we’ve recently added is the ability to support iFrames. For those of you who aren’t familiar with IFrames,  here’s the skinny. If you have or utilize a third-party application such as slideshare, Scribd, or some type of application that allows you to embed your product or service, you can embed this within your proposal. Here is a list of popular embeddables that we currently support:

Stay tuned for some upcoming updates that will blow your socks off. We are currently beta testing some features such as:

  • White-Labeling
  • Custom Domain Mapping/Multi-Branding
  • Optional Line-Items
  • Optional Line-Item quantity
  • Estimate Discounts

We’re eager to get your feedback on how you think Proposable should evolve. Our goal is to remove the pain from the proposal process and give you new sales intelligence about all your prospects. Our vision for Proposable is a tool that you can use on a daily basis to continually monitor and manage your sales pipeline. If you haven’t given Proposable 2.0 a shot, try it here:
